If you are interested to work with me, you can book a free introductory call (25min).
During this call we will briefly discuss what led you to seek therapy, how therapy with me could work for you, and all the practical matters like payment and cancellations. This meeting is also an opportunity for you to check if you would like to work with me. The introductory call takes place online.
If after the call we decide to work together, we will schedule our first session. The aim of the first few sessions is to better understand the themes & issues that are coming up for you and decide on a (general) direction for our therapy. This is also the time when we start building our therapeutic relationship. Like in any relationship, creating trust and safety takes time.

Price
Individual therapy session (60min) costs 85eur.
Group therapy session (2h) costs 60eur.
My services are not covered by Dutch health insurance. However, some international and student insurance companies (like AON, Cigna) might cover our sessions. You can contact your insurance provider to check.
